Office 2003

Have a problem when choosing from the drop down select (Look in box in all
of office 2003 products. It hangs up the machine. The pc is running windows
XPpro and Office 2003. Is this a known issue? I cant find any info.

I've tried running all updates and didn't fix the problem.
