Download a copy, use your legal cd key and follow registration instructions
by phone (if necessary). Just know it's risky downloading and is almost
never worth it. Your call though. When I get software what I generally do
is, after the initial install but the cd and all documentation in a safe.
Office is not cheap and you shouldn't be losing the disc except in a fire or
flood.
