Hi

I have a colleague who purchased a PC, which included MS Office. She has
been using the trial version, and now wants to install the program for use.

When she inserted the Disk she gets a message indicating that the program is
installed. She's tried to insert the Key, but nothing happens and she
doesn't get a prompt to call anyone.

can anyone help please?
