Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer not Office. When you install
Office 2003 and if you include Outlook 2003, your default email will likely
change to Outlook. If you want to use Outlook Express for email, you will
need to manually change your default.
Question not asked. Also, you cannot uninstall Outlook Express as Outlook
2003 uses some Outlook Express files and if you access via News in Outlook,
then Outlook Express will be used by Outlook as a news reader.
You will find these Microsoft newsgroups easier to use if you access via a
news reader such as Outlook Express vice using the web access. Here is a
