I recently did an upgrade from office XP Pro to Office
2003 Pro. Now when ever I create a document in any of
the office 2003 programs, ie Excel, Word, Publisher, etc
and attach that document to a Lotus notes email I only
get a text file name as the attachment whereas before I
would get the symbol for excel, or whatever document type
I was attaching to the email. Is this normal? This has
caused some confusion with my associates who look for
these symbols. If this isn't what is supposed to happen
how do I fix it?
