Office 2003

Nadatecky

I purchased a refurbished pc from HP that has office 2003
installled, but no product key. I was told by their tech
support to contact <microsoft.com/office/productkey>
inwhich I did. I was prompted by the site that no key
could be provided at this time. I am suppose to be able
to activate a 60 day trial version of software. Any
suggestions?

You will need to purchase the trial in order to use it after the 60 days.
If it is refurbished, chances are that the trial has already been activated
and used. The only way to use it now is to purchase a key from Microsoft
(instructions should be somewhere in the trial documentation).
