Office 2003

I installed Office 2003 on my new laptop and validated it by telephone. Now
everytime I start and application it asks me to accept the license. What can
I do to stop this?

I believe you need to log in as administrator and accept the EULA (end-user
license agreement).

If Echo's suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the
Office End User License Agreement every time that you start an
Office program".
