Office 2003business contact manager was uanble to initialize this

All contact records in my contact manager displays a blank screen with the
message: "business contact manager was uanble to initialize this form". I
tried deleting my database and recreating it and importing data back into it
with no success. There seems to be issues with this product to get corrupted
on a brand new pc in 3 days time. I never had this problem with Outlook
before.

Anyone run accross this issue before who knows how to resolve it? I can't
find anything searching the knowledge base.
