Office 2007 Academic Licensing

We have a number of Open Licenses for Office XP, Office XP Pro, Office 2000,
Office Pro 2000, Office 2003 Pro in an Academic K-12 environment. How can we
go about getting these licenses all upgraded to Office 2007 Pro?
