Office 2007 activation issue

Hi Everyone - just thought you would all like an update about the activation
problem. I just got off the phone with premier support and was told the the
activation server is indeed down. They have been working on it all day and
although not definate they expect to be back up later tonight (it's 2:30pm
PST here).

Thank you for calling, thats good news. I will keep my Office active until we
can active our license :)

Thanks for the heads-up jbrydges, although somewhat glad to see that I was
not the only one with activation difficulties.

Interesting to note:
I've also had and activation issue (Office Basic as early as yeserday
morning 5/23/06, and Office 2007 Beta today). When I called in to try and
receive support related to the issue they told me, "Microsoft does not
support Office 2007 Beta at this time (Case Id #: SRX060524604384)". I had to
unistall the beta re-install Basic and phone in regestration by phone.

Thanks for letting me know about the server issue, from what I have seen the
Office Beta looks fantastic and I am really anxious to test SQL Query on
Excel. Please keep updating!

YEAHHHHH..... It's Working! I also just updated my office 2007. Now I can
really enjoy and have fun with this great new features. Hurray!!!

Well, seems the server is down again. Couldn't activate just a few minutes
ago. How about a regular update from MS about this problem in this thread?
