Office 2007 and Exchange - Deployment strategy

Hello all,

My organization is considering deploying both Office 2007 and Exchange in
the next 2 years. Obviously, there's three permutations of how we can do
this (Office first, Exchange first, or simultaneous)

I'm curious if anyone has any good ideas (or reading materials) which might
help us determine which is the best strategy for our group.

(Our group is a university: Office 2003 is the current standard, and the
mail server is a Communigate POP/IMAP mix)
