I installed Outlook 2003 and Office 2007 (without Outlook 2007) on a laptop.
It has been working fine for over a year. All of a sudden, the user gets a
pop-up message from Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007. It says,
"Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Professional Plus
2007.". when the installation completes, it request a restart. After
restart, the pop-up message appears again. Only appears when the laptop is
restarted and once a day. The user normally hits cancel since installing it
does not work. Has anyone encountered this before. Thank You.
