Office 2007 and Outlook Express

When I installed Office 2007 I lost the spell check feature for English. Can
anyone tell me where I can get a free patch since Microsoft doesn't have one
for it's own software.

There is no patch, and as OE is now superseded by Windows Mail, the chances
of there being one is pretty slim.
You have two options:
Either install the English proofing tools from a prior version of Office if
you have a CD, or, install a third-party spellcheck for Outlook Express.
(Google...)
