(Multiple workstations) Our Office 2007 apps cannot connect to Office live
for the purposes of Help or Templates. We can access
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA102882051033.aspx with no
difficulties.
The error when trying to connect to Help is: "Not connected."
When choosing a New document and clicking one of the categories under
Microsoft Office Online, the error is: "Unable to connect to Microsoft
Office Online".
