Office 2007 B2TR - cannot open office documents after install

Has any one experieced difficulty opening office documents (word, excel,
powerpoint, etc) after installing this update. I get the message The file is
not available. In the error message it indicates the following: This error
may appear because an antivirus program is not allowing the file to open. I
do have Norton Antivirus 2006 installed. I have tried disabling Norton
Antivirus and I still get the same error. Any one got a suggestion?

Hi Drew,

In the options tab of your Symantec-Norton product try turning off the Office Plug-in then restarting the Office 2007 B2TR apps and
see if you can open the files.
