Unable to open documents after successful install of Beta 2 Technical
Refresh. Please help with how to correct or how to uninstall.

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it. See

Hi J.M.,

If you are using a Symantec-Norton protection product open the settings panel for that product and turn off the Office Plug in from
the Miscellaneous tab then restart the Office 2007 Beta2TR apps and see if you can open the files.

are you running Norton? if so disable office plug-in
