office 2007 basic to bus upgrade

help - i'm looking at purchasing a new laptop with vista ultimate. standard
office suite is works but i will need to upgrade to business suite. what is
the best way to accomplish this - purchase software upgrade and install
myself or am i able to upgrade via ms web site???
