Office 2007 Beta 2 Slow Network Preformance

Hello, I'm trying out Office 2007Pro Beta 2 and I have noticed that opening
files from a network drive is extremely slow. So far I have tried opening
files residing on an NT4 share and a net app. Both were extremely slow,
taking nearly a minute or two. First the application opens (word or excel)
then later the document comes up.

If there's a better place to send these comments please let me know. Is
there a bug report dist list?

Forget what I said about network preformance. I created a word doc in 2007
and saved it to my desktop with the ext docx. I closed Word and they reopened
the document I'd just created and it took forever. I hope this isn't a
feature.
