Hi Julsie,

To get to the 2007 Office System Beta 2 downloads
page you can use the 'Get the Beta' links on
http://micrsoft.com/office/preview

The links in office preview only seem to get me to where I get an e-mail with
a product key , but there's no way I can download . I have, however,
"resolved' The problem by ordering the CD for Microsoft even though it has
cost a couple of dollars it will be the easier it seems
While I am writing I was wondering if when I install the beta where it will
overwrite 2003 office ?

Could anyone tell me where it would make sense to install the beta Onto
another drive so that I can retain my original office 2003 ?

Seen as the C. D. will only arrive in a week or so I have a chance to
"resolve" all my queries before actually installing (-:
thank you in advance

Julsie,

I have had the same problem, MS just didn't think to add a DOWNLOAD FILES
from HERE link....you would think they would wouldn't you...

Anyway I think finally figured it out - you have to go to the -
officebeta.iponet.net
page - to get there - I think...I am still trying to login - doesn't seem to
work with IE7, or it is extrememly busy.

What a pain in the b*tt...

Regards
Sean

Takes me nowhere!
It amazes me that no one has noticed that there is no link. How did all the
others get it?
Is it perhaps something we are doing wrong?

Figured it out at last...

why didn't I read it...

Julsie, you have to do the "GET THE BETA" again.

When you get to the CONFIRMATION PAGE, STOP!!!!

There is one line above the table of products you want to download that says
-

You can begin downloading your software by clicking on the product name
below.

Just click on the product name next to the licence code and voila - the
download starts...

As you might have gathered though - the eMail is USELESS - it does not tell
you where to download it - it just tells you to go back to where you came
from.

MS - please note the above - the email DOES NOT do what you say it does in
the confirmation dialog....

regards and success!

I cant believe i was so STUPID LOL
Well 'live and learn'
My old age [75] is no excuse for stupidity and not reading properly.
The only respite is at least I was not the only one who could not see the
tress for the forrest!

It's not stupidity.....I think it was more like expecting one thing and
getting another....I missed it the first time myself.....

It is not obvious since I missed it the first time but click the product
title before the product key on the webpage to download
