So far it looks good however I have received several complaints/comments
about the "powder blue" color of Outlook. Can this be changed?

Word Options, Personalize Tab, change the color scheme. The color scheme
setting affects all Office programs and can only be changed in one of
the Ribbon apps (Access, Excel, PPT, Word).
Besides the two color schemes you have as choice in Beta 2, Microsoft
will ship a third one as well. No one knows what the third one looks
like. There is no way to customize the color scheme manually.

I hear what you are saying but where in the Office Suite are you talking
about "Word Options, Personalize Tab"? Need more info please.

Open Word, click the big Office button in the top right corner, then
click on Word options on the bottom of that menu.
