WILL this overide my existing office program?
Or can I run both.
I dont want to corrupt my existing documents and spreadsheets

You can run both versions in everything *except Outlook*. One version only.
Read the installation prompts carefully.

And back up all of your files beforehand, just in case. Also, remember that
Office 2007 uses new file types that cannot be read by everyone. You will
need to do a Save as and change your file type.
