Office 2007 Business Conatct Manager

I installed Office 2007 Small Business. Contact Manager will not create a
database and returns an error. SQL Server will not run, ie. it will not start
and reports 'stopped'. I assume the two problems are interrelated. Can anyone
help with a solution or maybe SQL server settings.
