Can you minimize the icons in MS 2007. They are to much graphics and take up a lot of screen space.

Hello Sharon, You can collapse the Ribbon by double-clicking on the name of the tab (Home, or Create, etc.) or use CTRL + F1 to toggle. I hope this helps. Julie
