Office 2007 - cannot start pt. 2

Steven

So I found that I could run a Microsoft Office Diagnostic tool. In doing so
it found that there was nothing wrong with my computer's memory or it's hard
disk.
After it finished it lead me to the following website
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/diagnostichelp.aspx?ShowHelp=15,23,25,11,10&Responses=2052
Then I clicked on View Solution 1 and I get to the Microsoft Online Crash
Analysis page where I'm told an update to Office 2007 Beta will fix the
problem. Well there is no update for office that my computer needs.
So now what?
Thanks again.

Good question. I don't know. All I know is that it was Office 2007
Professional Plus Beta.
Hope that is what you were looking for.

Beta 2 or B2TR?
Basically, did you install the B2TR patch?
