Office 2007 Clip Organizer Error

When ever I launch the Clip Organizer in Office 2007 - I get the following
error message
Clip Organizer can not complete the operation.
Interface not registered.
Error code 0X80040155

Any ideas? Should not setup have registered this tool?

I apologize for posting this in the wrong group. I had not realized that
there was a dedicated group for Clip Art and Media and have found the answer
there..
