office 2007 doesn't create new default setting

Office 2007 on XP Pro - trying to change default fonts when printing
envelopes - mailing -> envelopes -> highlight and rt click on displayed font
-> FONT ->select features ->select Default prints properly for this
envelope but the next envelope has reverted to original font etc.

Thoughts?
