I bought Office 2007 on-line, through Microsoft. When I try to download it,,
first of all, it freezes up when it's 99% complete, like 501 out of 502 Mb. I
get a message saying "unable to download... etc. The connection with the
server has been re-set." I am running Win 7, Professional, and the MS Office
trial version has always worked just fine.
This is very frustrating. As you know, MS doesn't have anything in the way
of real support, unless you want to pay $49 for it.
Can anybody offer any suggestions?
