Office 2007 Enterprise

I intend to install in my new computer HP Dv6-1340ej the OFFICE 2007
ENTERPRISE. In the computer it is already installed an OFFICE (I don't know
which) I get it as 60 days trial version with the computer. In order to
install the new ENTERPRISE must I uninstsll the older or caan I overwrite it?
