Office 2007 Excel "Too Many Cell Formats"

How do I avoid this, get this to clear up in Excel 2007 (.xlsx)?

The current file has one worksheet, and I have copied data to fill 66 rows
by 4 columns -- and am against this "Too Many Cell Formats" issue.
