office 2007 get stuck each time I open it. What do I do?

I tried restarting outlook and the computer. I treid cancelling the send and
receive to make sure it is not related to and e-mail download. Nothing helps.
it get stuck 5-30 seconds after I open it, no matter what I do.

Try to start Outlook in Safe Mode to determine if an add-on is causing
