| I was investigating this and found that this program only appears to
install
| the tab for the current user. Note that during the installation when the
| installer asked whether I wanted to install the tab for "Everyone" or
"Just
| me", I made sure to leave "Everyone" selected.

| In looking at the registry after the installation, it appears that the
Addin
| was installed under HKCU instead of HKLM. I found that the following
| registry file fixes this problem:
