Office 2007 Help Tab Not Available For All Users

The new Office 2007 Help tab (the "Get Started" tab replacement) appears to
have a problem with multiple users. If I install it under my administrator
account, then other accounts, including both admin and user level accounts,
do not see the Help tab. It appears that I have to manually install it for
each of the users on the computer. Has anyone else seen this problem? Also,
does anyone have any ways to workaround this problem?

For clarification, I am referring to the Help tab located at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...70-89A8-44B6-B480-42D1C4C58426&displaylang=en

Thanks!

I was investigating this and found that this program only appears to install
the tab for the current user. Note that during the installation when the
installer asked whether I wanted to install the tab for "Everyone" or "Just
me", I made sure to leave "Everyone" selected.

In looking at the registry after the installation, it appears that the Addin
was installed under HKCU instead of HKLM. I found that the following
registry file fixes this problem:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\MicrosoftOfficeHelpTab.Connect]
"FriendlyName"="Microsoft Office 2007 Help Tab"
"LoadBehavior"=dword:00000003
"Description"="Adds a Help tab to Microsoft Office"

Can someone from the Office team please look into this and update the Office
2007 Help tab at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...70-89A8-44B6-B480-42D1C4C58426&displaylang=en to correct this problem?

Thanks!
