Office 2007 Home & Student from 2003 Professional?

I currently use the 2003 Professional version, and am pretty satisifed
with it. I'm also a sutdent, and use OneNote a lot; which is the
reason why I would like to update to 2007 Home & Student (through my
university it would cost me less than a stand-alone OneNote 2007). Is
that possible for me to upgrade from a 2003 Pro version to a 2007 Home
and Studnet, and maintain the Outlook and Publisher functioanlity
(they are not included in the 2007 H&S relase)? Thanks.

No: Home and Student Edition cannot be upgraded to or from.

Hi V.,

You can use a 'custom install' choice in Office 2007 to be sure, but generally, when a newer version of Office is installed over an
older one programs that are not included in the 'new one' are not removed.

You can continue to use MS Office Publisher 2003, although you will be offered all updates for Office 2003 and Office 2007 as the
update 'check' is done against the purchased product rather than the installed feature set.

You can continue to have Outlook 2003 installed with Office 2007 Home & Student edition, but what limitations that may have as far
as working with Office 2007 (i.e. trying to use Word 2007 as the email editor for Outlook 2003) could be an issue for you.

Oh, I'm sorry, you're right. I thought he was talking about the price; upon
reading his message close, I see that in this respect, you are right.
