Office 2007: How to programatically add commands to the "Quick access Toolbar"?

how can I programatically add commands/items to the Quick Acces toolbar?

Hi,

clarification: The quick access toolbar is new in Office2007. There you can
put all your functions you need access to without first activating the right
ribbon. My question is: how can you through vba code add macros and commands
to that quick access toolbar? I cant find that object.
