Office 2007: how to reset picture boundary?

Our office upgraded to Office 2007. There is no longer a "reset picture
boundary" button in Microsoft Word's drawing editor. I can see the picture
boundary, but I cannot select it or resize it. How is the picture boundary
set in Microsoft Word 2007?
