Office 2007 - Hyperlinks Do Not Work

There's a ton of these messages, but I've tried all the solutions for those
having this issue with Office 2003 with no luck. Clicking on any hyperlinks
fails to launch a browser and I get the "This operation has been cancelled
due to restrictions in effect on this computer..." error. This happens with
IE7 as my default browser, as well as with Firefox.

I'm running an Administrator account in Windows Vista RC1 (build 5600) with
UAC enabled. Computer is not part of a domain, nor have any default security
settings, group policies or user account options have been changed.

Current Office 2007 version is Beta build 12.0.4407.1004 Professional Plus
edition.

Fixed it. Thanks for the help, it was driving me a bit nuts...

On my B2TR issues page, there is a link to a blog post that should help
you resolve the issue.
