Enterpriser.WW probs - Jeff

I'm getting "A required D:\Enterpriser.WW\OSETUP.DLL cannot be loaded. This
may indicate that the file is missing or damaged."

This is after I did what you said below, except I couldn't do the
"..sxml4.dll" as it said the specified module couldn't be found.

Still no joy trying to install MS Office 2007 Enterprise.

Your error message is quite different.

Your error message is most likely indicating a problem reading the disc.

Could you please try creating a folder on your computer and copying the
contents of the cd to that folder and running setup from there?

Eric/Jeff - did you ever sort this one out? I'm getting the identical msg on
my thinkpad, using an office pro cd just purchased from m/s - files copy from
the cd just fine, but same error on install from the hard drive - i'm
suspecting something in the security setup of this laptop, since it doesn't
seem to happen on an older sony vaio... where i don't want to install office
07!

thx - Bill

I just encountered this problem. When I looked at the log it created
it told me the ErrorCode was 126 which means that a DLL isn't loading
properly (Not necessarily the one that errors). I downloaded
filmon.zip from ( http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb545046.aspx
) and let it run while I ran setup. It captured the load sequence.
In my case it couldn't find gdiplus.dll in the 4 or 5 places it was
looking. I copied the file into the folder it was looking for and
reran setup. Worked right off the bat. Maybe this will help you.

Eric/Jeff - did you ever sort this one out?  I'm getting the identical msg on
