Office 2007 install - osetup.dll error

Hi,

Running WinXP (all SPs and updates current). No Office on computer, no
previous versions or beta ever installed.

when I run setup from the Network Install, I get the message
"path\osetup.dll digital signature does not validate or is not present". The
couple of times it has not thrown this error and gone beyond that I start
getting a request for ExcelLR.cab, which then tells you that the location is
invalid (no matter where you point it), when i cancel and try again it looks
for PptLR.cab, same issue, then after all that the Osetup.dll problem comes
back. I have tried a new/different osetup.dll too, same problem... ugh!

any ideas?
