Office 2007 Install without Outlook 2007

Can office 2007 be installed without Outlook 2007? Since I am having so many
issues with the performance of Outlook I do not want to install it on my
other machines. I do like all the other applications though...

Yes, just be sure to select CUSTOM install and then you can select what you
want installed.

When I do it only gives me the option to remove prior versions , Do I
deselect Outlook? Is there anything else I need to do?.
