product key is accepted, then first it work before, and during reinstall the

Office Professional Pro Plus is a Enterprise/Volume license version only. I
suggest you ask your IT folks from the company where you work how to fix the
problem. After all, that is the only legitimate place from which you could
have acquired your copy. And they are obligated to supply support.
