Office 2007 intalled but get error message when accessing applicat

Hi, I have Office Professional installed on my laptop but every time I try to
run any office application I get the following error message.

"Microsoft Office <Program Name> Has not been installed for the current
user. Please run setup to install the application"

I am the only user and I have re-installed the program but I still get the
same error message when trying to use Word or Excel.

Any idea's?
