Office 2007 - Just stopped opening

It was working fine yesterday. I set up contacts, calendar, etc. Was pulling
emails fine. Today when I click it to open, it doesn't. Help! Don't want
to lose all my work from yesterday if reinstall.

MORE INFO: I'm running on Vista OS. Uploaded Office Professional 2007 (not
pre-installed).

No not a trial version. However, I shut the whole laptop down for awhile in
frustration. Started it up and it's working ok now. Dah! ;-) Was in a panic
and not thinking right.
