Office 2007 MSO Cache

I accidentally wiped out my MSO cache directory. Now I cannot start any
office programs initialization errors, out of memory errors...etc. Any way to
"rebuild the MSO Cache"? I cannot even uninstall, change or reinstall from
dvd.
