Office 2007 on Vista Reconfigures

I recently installed Office 2007 Ultimate. It worked fine after the initial
install, but now every time I start up an Office app or open an office file,
a setup window appears stating that Office needs to reconfigure. I have no
earlier versions of Office installed. I noticed after that initial install
that Windows updates were installed.

I uninstalled Office and then reinstalled and the problem went away
temporarily. One day later, it's happening all over again.

same problem here. Win7 installed and good for over 24 hrs, now office 2007
is no good. Any help?
