Office 2007 on Windows Vista .pst

I am trying to change my .pst file to my Office 2003 file. When I try to add
it as a data file I get an error message indicating that I don't have access
to the file. The directory that has the file has permisions set for Users
and Administrators.

Does anyone know what I need to do to be able to accomplish this.

I got it to work. I did a couple of different things so I can't say exactly
what fixed it but I believe what allowed me to do it was to turn off UAC in
my user profile.

More information regarding this situation. Windows Vista and Outlook 2007
will not let you place the pst file outside the user directory on the primary
partition without have UAC off and the User has to be an administrator.

This has to be a bug. Hopefully it will be corrected with the release
version.
