Office 2007 Online Help Says Not Connected

We have started installing Office 2007 at the office here and are
experiencing an error message from the online help program. It keeps saying
not connected. This is the case on every install so far. OS is Vista.

Has anyone experienced this, is their a fix?

Have you verified your Privacy Options? Click the Microsoft Office Button,
click <Application> Options, click Trust Center, and then click Trust Center
Settings. In the Trust Center, click Privacy Options and make sure "Search
Microsoft Office Online for Help content when I'm connected to the
Internet." is selected.

Note that while in Help, the Offline/Connected is a button you can click to
toggle between Offline and Online Help. Have you tried clicking the button
to see if you can access Online Help?

Otherwise, as 'Bob I' noted, it could be due a firewall.
