Office 2007 outgoing messages not sending

Since upgrading to Office 2007 from Office 2003, prior Office 2000, I have
problems with messages not sending from the Outbox or sending, sending,
sending and staying in the Outbox. They can't be deleted or moved. Some
must be sending because I get replies, even though they don't show up in my
Sent folder. My server settings haven't changed with each edition of Office.
I have run Office Diagonstics with no problems reported. Updates are all
current. I am using the same Security/Firewall program that has never given
me problems. The only difference is this new computer has Windows Vista and
Office 2007. What can I do?
