We have tried every revised order, uninstall/reinstall, Google query, read
the MS Newsgroups, drop-back-and-Hail-Mary we can think of and still haven't
made progress on this in 2-3 months.
This is a newly installed, fully patched version of Vista Business. We are
attempting to install Office 2007 Pro Plus, per our eOpen Software Assurance
program, for internal testing before implementation company-wide. Without
fail the installation ends with "Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007
encountered an error during setup."
Why?
