Office 2007 Programs Keep Re-Installing/Re-Configuring

How do I keep first the "Windows Installer" window and then the "Configuring
Office" window from appearing each time I open an Office 2007 Program? The
windows appear for 10 to 15 seconds and they appear every time any Office
2007 Program is opened. The programs open correctly after the configuration
window disappears. I'm running Vista Home Premium. Any help will be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have an older version of Office installed alongside Office 2007?
If yes, then you can modify the Windows registry as described in
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=928091 "Information about using 2007
Office suites and programs on a computer that is running another version
of Office".

Office 2007 Ultimate is the only Office version installed.
