Office 2007 Reinstall

I have a full copy of Office 2007 on a Vista Home Premium installation. I
want to install it on my new computer with Vista Ultimate 64 bit installed,
but the installer says my Product Key is not valid. Can you suggest a
solution please?

Is it a retail edition, or one supplied with your old PC? if so its not
transferable

If it is a retail edition did you first uninstall any trial edition?
