Office 2007 Roaming QAT Quick Access Toolbar

We have 2000 users in our Domain with roaming profiles that are deleted on
logoff due to multiple users using multiple machines.

We are implementing Office 2007.

My BIG issue is the Quick Access Toolbar settings (QAT files) are NOT saved
in the roaming profile and I need to add a variety of toolbar icons for users.

I have done a search and have read to contact Microsoft Product Support and
ask for the Roaming QAT solution. I am wondering if anyone has done that
already? Do they charge you? What is the number for Canada?

We have a select license as we are a very large organization. I am shocked
that Microsoft would actually design their software NOT to support business.
Seems to be the same way with Vista where all the settings are in the Local
App Data folder.

Thanks
Lara

Implement Group Policy Scripts to copy the QAT files to where Microsof
should have stored them. The logoff script copies them to the user'
Application Data folder tree where they will be saved as part of thei
user profile. The logon script restores them to the user's Loca
Settings folder tree where Office expects to find them

Text of batch files attached
qatsave is the logoff script
qatload is the logon script
